Blues midfielder Zac Fisher has requested a trade to North Melbourne. Austin said the Blues had met with Kangaroos list boss Brady Rawlings.“Zac has two years to run on his contract. He has proven himself to be a quality AFL player.
I had a little bit of a start with Brady over the combine, but North have a fair bit going on, too,” Austin said.“We will be looking for something that represents the opportunities that they have presented Zac, but also what fZac means to us.”Fisher, 25, managed only 12 senior games this season, but this included the final four, where he displayed strong form at half back, averaging 27 disposals, but was dropped ahead of the finals.
