He and wife Wendy bought the property for $960,000 in 2015, putting it up for rent two and a half years later for $800 a week. It was put on the rental market within a week of Mr Eade’s shock departure from the Suns in August 2017. “My interstate sellers have demanded I present every written offer for their serious consideration. This must be sold,” the listing said.
The Main Beach area is among the most popular places to live on the Gold Coast, close to many restaurants, shops, beaches and other attractions. The apartment’s secure underground parking allocation is two car spaces or one car space and a huge lockable storage area.
