As the Hoboken Housing Authority prepares to replace nearly its entire housing stock, it plans to add additional units, many of which will be market-rate, but a quarter will likely be set aside as affordable housing or workforce housing. Those and additional new specifications for the ambitious project came into clarity this week as its redevelopment plan heads to the city council for approval, a significant procedural checkpoint for the project that has been gradually taking shape publicly for more than two years.
