Seven nations have progressed to the group stage of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, which gets underway in January 2024.

Seven nations have already sealed a place in the tournament's group stage, with hosts Ivory Coast earning automatic qualification.The Elephants are among the 48 teams competing in the qualifiers, and currently sit top of Group H with 10 points after three wins and one draw. Zimbabwe, who were supposed to be the fourth side in that group, were eliminated from qualification due to a FIFA ban on their football federation due to government interference, thus automatically occupying fourth spot in the group with zero points.

Reigning champions Senegal have also sealed qualification after a narrow 1-0 win over Mozambique in Group L as they maintained a perfect record of four wins from four games.
