Steven Tyler's fractured larynx forced them off the road last year, but he's healed up and ready to resume Aerosmith's 'Peace Out' farewell tour.

This new leg kicks off September 20 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and wraps up February 26 in Buffalo, New York. They’ll once again be joined by the Black Crowes.
The band announced plans to wrap their career with one final tour in May 2023, but they played a mere three shows before“I am heartbroken to not be out there with Aerosmith, my brothers, and the incredible Black Crowes, rocking with the best fans in the world,” he wrote in a message to fans. “I promise we will be back as soon as we can!”
The initial dates of the Peace Out farewell tour mixed familiar hits like “Sweet Emotion,” “Dream On,” “Rag Doll,” and “Wall This Way” with rarities like “Adam’s Apple” and “Bright Light Fright.” As has been the case for much of the past few years, John Douglas filled in for Joey Kramer on drums. “ heart is in the right place, but, listen, playing the drums is an athletic event,”“And there’s a certain point where you’re just kind of, like,… every joint starts to give out, man.
