The earliest allegation, in June 2004, involves a 15-year-old girl who attended a party in Santa Clarita where she says Jeremy sexually assaulted her, according to the complaint. If convicted as charged, Jeremy could face a possible maximum sentence of more than 250 years to life in state prison.
