Adam Thomas has admitted to being his 'own worst enemy' as he gave himself a public pep talk after sharing some worrying updates ahead of his Strictly Come Dancing debut. The Waterloo Road actor hasn't been shying away from being honest about how he is feeling as he juggles his work commitments with training for the hit show.
And in the meantime, Adam is juggling his two jobs and has been sharing honest updates on social media. Earlier this week, he shared a video to his Instagram Story as he detailed how his day played out. The former Emmerdale star said: "I feel like I'm just not getting a break at the minute, it's just non-stop."I was at work this morning and had a couple of scenes off [so] in between the scenes my dance partner came to work and I did a bit of training.
Sharing a selfie of himself ready to go back home to his wife Caroline and their two children, Teddy and Elsie, after another busy evening getting Strictly ready, the former soap star wrote: "And home time... felt so much better today!" It comes after Adam was told to 'dig deep' as he shared the sweet moment he got to cuddle his children amid his hectic work schedule. On Thursday , Adam then returned to social media as he shared a sweet snap of himself being snuggled up to Teddy and Elsie, and the family's dog.
