The Dallas Mavericks showed up more than once in Adam Sandler’s latest movie,Now, the actor and comedian will return the favor with a show on his “Adam Sandler Live” tour at the Mavericks’ home arena in February. Sandler announced Wednesday that he’ll perform a standup act on Feb. 5 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.It’s a quick Texas swing for Sandler, who will also be in Houston on Feb. 13 and Austin on Feb. 14. His tour starts Feb. 5 at the United Center in Chicago and wraps on Feb.
Dirk Nowitzki shows up, appearing on a video call with Sandler. Assistant coach Greg St. Jean plays the role of an NBA combine coach. Boban Marjanović, who the Mavericks traded the past year,On Wednesday, Sandler was named the 2023 recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor..
