The boutique showcases Lippes’ ready-to-wear collections alongside the brand’s first leather goods collection, recently unveiled in the Japan market. The Osaka Takashimaya boutique, which measures about 1,000 square feet, offers a selection of pieces from the spring collection, which was inspired by Lippes’ recent trip to Japan.
The lineup includes seasonal styles crafted in vibrant custom floral brocade, sequin-embroidered knit cardigans suited for evening occasions, and minimalist collarless jackets that highlight Lippes’ signature tailoring expertise. The store concept was designed by Parisian architect Francois-Joseph Graf, who collaborated with Lippes.
The opportunity to open there allows the company to introduce Lippes to a “highly curated luxury customer base in one of Japan’s most prestigious department stores,” said a spokeswoman for the company.
“Osaka is not only the first step in Japan, but also an important foundation for building long-term brand awareness and client relationships before further expansion.
