Celebrity couple Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have put their modern Encino home on the market for $18 million. The 7,605-square-foot residence has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and wraps around a courtyard with a pool and spa on more than 3 acres south of Ventura Boulevard.
It includes a separate guest house. County records show Hannigan and Denisof, who met on the set of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and married in 2003, picked up the property in December 2016 for $7.95 million. Designed by architect Peter Tolkin and completed in 2001, the residence is a series of concrete and glass pavilions surrounded by large oaks and sycamores, palms, fruit trees, succulents and lawns. The floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights of the main house illuminate the formal dining room and eat-in gourmet kitchen, with its breakfast bar, open shelves and stainless-steel appliances. Fireplaces anchor the living, dining and primary bedroom, which features a sitting room, dual walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub.
