In a moment of anger rarely seen from Tom Hanks, the award-winning actor was caught on video swearing at fans who almost knocked over his wife while trying to take photos and selfies in New York City on Wednesday evening.
In a video that was posted to YouTube, Hanks’ wife, Rita Wilson, is seeing leaving the restaurant just ahead of her husband.The couple are surrounded by people, most of them taking photos and video and appearing to try to get closer to them. A man is seen bumping into Wilson from behind, which causes her to stumble. Hanks saw the encounter and turned around, clearly angry, and said, “Back the **** off. Knocking over my wife.”Several people can be heard commenting - “What are you all doing?”A man then guides Hanks to the limo.“Tom Hanks momentarily, and understandably, loses his nice guy persona as over eager fans practically knock over his wife Rita Wilson.
