ACTION 8 UDPATE: Bond has been denied for the man who was charged with sexually abusing his three-month-old baby daughter in Troy., Troy police charged 22-year-old Kesean Wilmore with rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, incest and child abuse involving the infant.
Police say the baby also had suffered several broken ribs that were in the process of healing, which is why Wilmore was charged with child abuse in addition to the other charges.
