The documents say that she instead wants Jodi Montgomery, who has been temporarily serving as her conservator after her father temporarily stepped asideBritney Spears’ fans gather outside a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday to protest her conservatorship.“It is up to the court to decide who her conservator or conservators will be,” she told HuffPost.
She also added that there are “serious risks and harms” associated with conservatorship such as abuse or neglect.
