The civil liberties organization has joined the defense — in a “limited” capacity — for Brandon Clint Russell, a neo-Nazi accused of plotting to destroy Baltimore’s power grid.

The American Civil Liberties Union has joined the defense team for a neo-Nazi accused of plotting to sabotage Baltimore’s electrical grid, The Baltimore Banner reports.
