Police in Eugene, Oregon, are searching for a male suspect who reportedly splashed the woman and her dog with acid.

Police say the suspect 17 to 20 years old and has dirty blonde hair. He was wearing a black surgical face mask, jeans, black boots and a black hoodie, KEZI reports.
