We are keeping a close eye on a fast-moving storm that will bring a wintry mix later Friday.
The first flakes and raindrops will move through after 2 or 3 p.m. in the western suburbs, which will reach New York City around 4 or 5 p.m. Deeper into the evening from northwest to southeast you start to see more slippery conditions and maybe a little slush with snow accumulating on colder surfaces.
