The police report said the woman denied being touched in a “sexual way” but answered “yes” when the officer asked if Brown’s alleged behaviour constituted “unwanted touching.”

That was the point at which the group decided to leave the bar and return to their rooms — followed, allegedly, by Brown, despite Crump’s repeated efforts to get him to leave them alone. “You’re about two seconds away from getting arrested for disorderly conduct,” the officer says to Crump at one point.
