Athule Mtsha and Sithisa Masiko appeared in the Khayelitsha Magistrates Court on Thursday, facing four counts of murder and 11 counts of attempted murder.

CAPE TOWN - The case against two men linked to the Site C barbershop mass killings will resume in the New Year for a regional court date.

The pair previously told the court through their lawyers they were nowhere near Site C at the time of the shootings on 8 June. Mtsha's lawyer previously told the court that video footage and cellphone records would show his client was in Brackenfell at the time.Meanwhile, the Harare Community Policing Forum in Khayelitsha said the three boys that were shot and wounded at a Barbershop in the area were not in a critical condition.This comes after three gunmen stormed the barbershop at Bukwayo Street and started shooting at the four boys on Wednesday.
