U.S. Attorney General William Barr has been accused of politicizing the Justice Department in favor of President Trump since the beginning of his tenure last year.
Justice Department leaders intervened in the case of President Trump's friend and adviser Roger Stone to recommend a reduced prison sentence in February because of his relationship to the president, according to testimony set to be given to the House Judiciary Committee onby a prosecutor who withdrew from the case, Aaron S.J.
