After five years in hiding, a Basilan-based Abu Sayyaf sub-leader was arrested during a service of warrant of arrest in Barangay Bulanza, Lantawan City, Basilan Province on Saturday, Jan. 7.
ZAMBOANGA CITY —
A police report identified the suspect as Tiyana Janna a.k.a. Kumander Ramboo, a Sumisip-based Abu Sayyaf sub-leader.Janna was arrested based on a warrant of arrest for murder issued by a Basilan court.The suspect is accused of killing a certain Dayasil Wakil in Barangay Sapah-bulak, Sumisip on June 16, 2007.
