Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers made a major announcement during a surprise appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Thursday.
Twitter/The Pat McAfee ShowElsewhere during Rodgers’ brief appearance, he gushed over his time on“I thought we were going to shut [“Hard Knocks”] down and I’m glad they didn’t because I had a great experience with it,” Rodgers said. “The guys had a great time with it too.”“I didn’t cut anything out,” he said. “You heard wrong, which wouldn’t be surprising concerning me.
Prior to the premiere, McAfee appeared on Thursday’s installment of “First Take” and teased that his show will bring “good times and good celebrations” to ESPN. “We will be celebrating sports for two hours here on ESPN and three hours on YouTube and ESPN+,” McAfee said. He also praised the “First Take” hosts, Stephen A. Smith and Molly Qerim, and added that he and his crew are honored to follow their show in ESPN’s daytime lineup.
