Aaron Chalmers has shared an adorable photo of his baby son after opening up about his genetic condition.
Baby Oakley was born with an incredibly rare genetic illness called Apert Syndrome , and has undergone numerous surgeries since his birth. After sharing that he would soon be undergoing another surgery, Talia penned the caption: "My heart is hurting today. Her 403k followers were quick to share their support, with some also opening up about their own experiences of having children undergo multiple surgeries.
