blossomed as a fashion icon in her short-lived career, and the late singer's legacy continues to be honored in stylish ways. On Monday , lifestyle retailer Urban Outfitters announced its Aaliyah x Off Safety collection that features exclusive images of the singer.
Urban Outfitters collaborated with Off Safety, a touring photo show that highlights historical moments within urban culture, for the men's items that were designed to commemorate what would've been Aaliyah's 41st birthday on Jan. 16. "Working closely with the family and estate of the late singer, actress, and model Aaliyah, Off Safety created an apparel collection that features graphics and never before seen images," the press release explains.
The collection includes an "Angel Baby" t-shirt emblazoned with a print of Aaliyah sporting her signature black sunglasses that comes in lavender and white colorways, and a black long-sleeved shirt featuring the artist rocking a camouflage bandana .
