A&W and Keurig Dr Pepper will pay $15 million to settle a class-action suit that claimed false advertising because real aged vanilla was not used.
Who is eligible to receive money in the A&W class-action settlement?
Anyone who purchased at least one A&W root beer or cream soda product – including diet and zero sugar versions – with the label “Made With Aged Vanilla” on it between Feb. 7, 2016, and June 2, 2023, will be eligible to receive a portion of the settlement.How do I submit a claim for A&W Root Beer or Cream Soda?when the site becomes live.
