“Najib also said he was grateful for the acquittal, we hope for better things to come,” she told reporters at the High Court here.Acquittal has rekindled Najib's fighting spirit, says Shafee Earlier, Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan, who is now a Court of Appeal judge, acquitted Najib and also former 1MDB CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy from the charges.
The judge made the decision to after finding that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against them.
