The 405 Freeway traffic in the Sepulveda Pass at midday in August 2018. A new report says L.A. has some of the worst drivers in the nation and that its riskiest road, based on collisions, is the 405.

You might want to avoid Baltimore, though. The city came in last in a ranking of drivers in 200 cities, according to an Allstate insurance company report. Allstate looked at collision claims across the U.S. The rankings show that Brownsville drivers get into a collision every 14.95 years, on average; L.A. drivers, an accident once every 5.81 years.
