A taste of famed Copenhagen restaurant Noma comes to NYC with series of pop-ups
New Yorkers can get a taste of Noma, the famed Michelin three-star restaurant in Copenhagen, at various spots across the city this week.
The events will showcase items from Noma’s fermentation lab and test kitchen, including a dashi reduction, corn yuzu hot sauce, wild rose vinegar and mushroom garum .The week’s food-focused events kick off Tuesday with a pop-up at the reopened full-service location of Superiority Burger in Alphabet City.
The restaurant’s events manager Melissa Quayle said she expects a line of people outside before the 5 p.m. opening.
