An Upper West Side residence long owned by the late foley artist Elisha Birnbaum is now on the market for $3.7 million.
He might not be a household name, but if you happened to watch movies in the 1960s and beyond, you likely came across Elisha Birnbaum’s handiwork as a foley artist.
