A Malibu, Calif., mansion owned by self-storage billionaire Tammy Hughes Gustavson is coming on the market for $127.5 million
Tammy Hughes Gustavson’s 3.5-acre estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean neighbors two properties owned by WhatsApp co-founder Jan Koum.
The roughly 11,000-square-foot compound, built around 2000 and located in the sought-after Paradise Cove enclave, sits on about 3.5 acres on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, said listing agent Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty. The property has a large four-bedroom house as well as two small guesthouses.
