A San Francisco story: Developer buys a house for $12.5 million, and flips it three years later for $27 million
A house on one of the most exclusive corners of San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood has sold for $27 million.
The house was first marketed in June of last year for $30 million, then listed in February for $29 million, putting it at the high end of the San Francisco market. There have been 17 sales between $20 million and $39 million in the city’s history, said Val Steele, an agent with Compass who wasn’t involved in the deal. She added that in a month she will list a property nearby for $34 million.
