But a Halloween display that featured a skeleton appearing to pole dance on a city sign while two other skeletons looked on, one holding a fistful of dollar bills, drew a rebuke from Grantsville officials, who used a“Displays like this are not acceptable as it is against city code to attach anything to a street sign,” the post says.
