Towering over Brooklyn, 11 Hoyt is the third tallest building in the borough, with 481 condos and 55,000 square feet of outdoor amenities. Read more from our friends at DirtDotCom.
The exterior of the building is very striking. Studio Gang found inspiration in the classic bay windows of traditional Brooklyn brownstones, reinterpreting them as projecting bays sweeping diagonally up and down the tower’s facades. The bays, which appear to peel away from the building’s concrete exterior, make the façade seem almost changeable, as sunlight and shadow move during the day.
Unit 40A, the first model flat pictured, is 1,956 square feet, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and northwestern exposure. With a $3.7 million ask, it’s also the most expensive of the three model condos. This is in the Classic finish.
