Major Food Group, the creative force behind Carbone, has once again joined forces with American Express for the second annual Miami Grand Prix.
$3,000-a-head dinner party in the sandMajor Food Group, the creative force behind the celebrity-loved restaurant, has once again joined forces with American Express for the second annual“Last year was such an incredible event, from the food to the people to the music, that really this year, our goal is to take it even further and make it even better,” Major Food Group co-founder Jeff Zalaznick tells Page Six exclusively.
Zalaznick teases that the four-night extravaganza will be “more over-the-top, more exciting, more indulgent, more luxurious and more exclusive” this time around.We’re told each evening will begin with a curated cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner featuring a crafted menu by chef Mario Carbone. Guests will enjoy Carbone’s classic dishes and live performances for the heavy price of $3,000 a person.
