A McDonald's employee was caught on camera earlier this week dragging a customer out of the restaurant by the feet. The cell phone footage captured of the incident features the Micky D's staffer forcibly removing the patron while repeatedly instructing him to"get up."
The altercation went down at a Philadelphia location last Thursday, according to Fox 29. And while several employees involved have been fired following the scuffle, including store manager Jazmyn Lawrence, she claims the culprit"always comes in" and is"always aggressive.""This is not his first, second, or third time, and there's nothing ever done about it," she said.
According to Casim Hill, the employee responsible for dragging the man, it was a necessary reaction."He got mad and started cussing and stuff," Hill told the outlet."I went to walk away and he threw the french fry in my face." ABC 6 reports, the man was identified as in his late 60s and possibly homeless. He allegedly accused workers of stealing his food and refused to leave the restaurant until it was returned.
"I feel I did all I can as a manager and y'all terminated me over something I had no control over," Lawrence added."I wasn't trained properly to handle that situation, all I was told to do is call the cops and that's what I did."
