While bleeding profusely from an attack allegedly at the hands of two Eastern Cape police officers, a man smeared his blood all over the interior of a police vehicle in an attempt to leave evidence.
This is according to the testimony of an Independent Police Investigative Directorate investigator, Slindile Ndlovu, in the Kariega Magistrate's Court on Monday.
