Apparently, it's not just pricy to secure prime downtown living quarters in San Antonio. Our region's growth has also made New Braunfels' center city prime real estate.
A 4,300-square-foot, one-bedroom loft next to the Brauntex Theatre community performing arts center has hit the market with a price tag just under $2.4 million.
While that may sound steep, the spot does have plenty of amazing architectural detail thanks to its 1894 construction date, including soaring ceilings, giant windows overlooking downtown, downstairs wood flooring and 1,600 square feet of warehouse space in the back. The property is also zoned so it can house a business as well as serve as a dwelling, according to the property listing.
