Now, the hotel has announced its gourmet wine dinner calendar for the winter months that will showcase wines from estates in the Constantia region, kicking off on Friday 27 May with Buitenverwachting.Food and wine enthusiasts will have the opportunity to enjoy a menu created by Executive Chef Tronette Dippenaar, paired by Sommelier Marlvin Gwese with the award-winning wines of Buitenverwachting, and presented in person at the dinner in the Conservatory restaurant by winemaker Brad Paton.
. Guests wanting to stay over after the dinner will be offered a discounted package rate of R4800 per room , including the Food and Wine Pairing Dinner, accommodation and mini-bar included, with full breakfast.
