But for now, their offerings ought to satisfy even the most diverse of taste buds gathered around a table. Needless to say, we finish our meal with full bellies and long conversations that would need to continue another time. As we pay our bills and prepare to depart, it does feel as though we are stepping out of a busyin Yaowarat, the Bangkok Chinatown, or a rain-drenched alley near Hong Kong’s infamous Chungking Mansion.
