The 164-acre Spring Branch property is the home of two champion horses, On Cue and Tsetserleg, both of which were ridden in the Tokyo Olympics, according to its listing agents. Of potential interest to history buffs, a portion of the land comprising the estate was given in a grant to Erastus"Deaf" Smith, a legendary figure in Texas' war for independence.

According to the listing, the original barn sits below the estate's more recently developed main house, which includes three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, all outfitted with both modern and rustic touches. An outdoor entertaining area includes a pool and sizable exterior kitchen and bar. The estate also includes an office, four-car garage and nine horse stalls. Two additional barns and other homes are included in the sprawling property.
