A day of festivities at parish feast day

The Church of the Immaculate Conception parishioners were thrilled to celebrate their feast day in person, after the two-year lull. The feast, which is usually marked with a grand Family Day festival, was held on December 18, to coincide with MJD’s 50th anniversary celebration at the parish level.

The day started with Mass, followed by many activities including the opening ceremony, firecrackers display, photos booth, fingerprinting on the CIC family trees, lucky draws with 38 prizes, and game stalls. Breakfast and lunch were provided for the 1,000 plus parishioners in attendance.
