President Cyril Ramaphosa has described the late Maggie Mathabatha, Limpopo Premier Stanley Mathabatha's wife, as a community-focused leader who dedicated her life to the development of the people of Limpopo. | JKwritingz

It said that, as the"First Lady of Limpopo", Maggie had played an instrumental role in uplifting the lives of underprivileged communities.Through her dedicated efforts with the Limpopo First Lady Trust, she had managed to mobilise resources and initiate impactful projects aimed at assisting those in need, it added in a statement.

"The first lady's unwavering commitment to serving her community resonated deeply with those who had the privilege of crossing paths with her, and her genuine concern for the welfare of others earned her widespread respect and admiration. "Mathabatha will be remembered by the family, relatives, friends, and the people of Limpopo for her immense contribution towards the socio-economic development of the disadvantaged people.
