Emergency services were alerted to a report of a crash on Crookston Road at around 2.30pm on Friday, July 7.
Attending the incident, the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service dispatched two appliances, where crews worked together to make the scene safe.However, Paisley Road West westbound is currently blocked at its junction with Crookston Road/Sandwood Road.Earlier today, we reported that several traffic lights around the city stopped working due to a fault.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 2.31pm on Friday, July 7, to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Crookston Road, Glasgow. “Operations control mobilised two fire appliances to the scene, where firefighters worked alongside emergency service partners to make the area safe.
"There were no reported casualties and crews left the scene at 2.55pm after ensuring the area was safe."spokesperson said: “We received a report of a crash involving two vehicles on Paisley Road West, Glasgow, around 2.30pm on Friday, July 7, 2023.
