9 years’ jail for school bus driver who outraged modesty of special needs pupil
A 52-year-old school bus driver was jailed nine years and fined RM10,000, in default 10 months’ jail, by the Sandakan Sessions Court today for outraging the modesty of a special needs pupil.
Judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud meted out the sentence, effective from today, on Roslan Baki after he was found guilty of committing the offence between January last year and March this year.
