After several League of Legends characters were introduced in Arcane season 1, there are a handful of others who could debut in season 2.

Widely regarded as one of the best video game adaptations in film and TV, Arcane season 1 told a story set within the world of the popular video game League of Legends.
Interestingly, one shot from the ending of Arcane season 1 showcased a clawed hand reaching down from the chains hanging above Singed's workshop. This led to many theories that the man in question who became Warwick is actually Arcane's Vander, the adopted father of Vi and Jinx. Vander was depicted as a former extremist who fought for Zaun against Piltover before setting down his weapons to protect Vi and Jinx, just as Warwick's character bio states.
As is known from Arcane season 1, Viktor's origin story was included which culminated in him using Hextech to heal his degenerative illness. Similarly, Viktor was shown to be from Zaun and held a desire to aid the people living below Piltover. As such, Viktor's new knowledge of the capacities of Hextech and wish to help the Zaunites could lead to him creating Blitzcrank in Arcane season 2.
League Of Legends' Darius The Hand of Noxus Close While not overtly set up in Arcane season 1, Darius is a League of Legends character who could appear in the follow-up season. One character from Arcane season 1 was Ambessa Medarda, a Noxian warlord. Despite the country of Noxus not being a major component of Arcane season 1, it could be in season 2 as Ambessa visited Piltover to acquire aid for a potential war brewing in Noxus.
League Of Legends' Swain The Noxian Grand General Much like Darius and Draven, Swain's inclusion in Arcane season 2 depends on the Noxian empire being present in the story. If so, Swain will undoubtedly be a character included. League of Legends states that Swain rose through the ranks of the Noxian army to become a respected general. However, after a crushing defeat, Swain was outcast from the empire's forces.
