The Convening Authority for Military Commissions said it has entered pretrial agreements with Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin 'Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.However, the details of the plea agreement are not publicly available for the time being.
