When Jenneiahn told Condon she did not own many valuables he placed a gun to her head before she disclosed that there were two safes downstairs, according to the report. As she "waited to see what Condon did next," prosecutors said she "ultimately decided it was 'now or never' and drew her .357 magnum and engaged Condon striking him with both her shots" after he threatened her again.Severely wounded, Condon went into the kitchen where he died from wounds, according to the report."She was ultimately able to call 911 after her son came upstairs later in the morning and gave her a phone so she could call 911," prosecutors said.
