Hunter Biden’s mugshot ‘must be released’ to the publicFox News primetime host Jesse Watters revealed his team has filed a Freedom of Information request calling on Joe Biden's justice department to release Hunter Biden's mugshot. The President's 53-year-old son had been fingerprinted and had his mug shot taken when a plea deal collapsed in federal court back in July. It comes as Hunter Biden intends to plead not guilty to three federal gun charges and requested that his initial court appearance be conducted remotely, according to CNN. Hunter Biden is alleged to have made misrepresentations to a firearms dealer when in the process of buying a Cobra Colt handgun in 2018. It is the first time in American history a sitting president's child has been charged with a crime. If found guilty he could be facing decades behind bars. Hunter's attorney, Abbe Lowell, in a letter to Magistrate Judge Christopher Burke wrote that he will plead not guilty to the three felony gun charges related to his possession of a revolver in 2018, whether the appearance is virtual or in person. “Mr. Biden is not seeking any special treatment in making this request. He has attended and will attend any proceedings in which his physical appearance is required,” Mr Lowell wrote on Tuesday. “Mr. Biden also will enter a plea of not guilty, and there is no reason why he cannot utter those two words by video conference. “In short, Mr. Biden is satisfied that his constitutional rights will be met by conducting his initial appearance by video conference.”
