उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार या दूसरे राज्यों के बच्चे जब कोचिंग के लिए दिल्ली या कोटा जाते हैं, तो वहां के कोचिंग संस्थान अपने मानकों को पूरा नहीं करते. सरकार की तरफ से कोचिंग संस्थानों के लिए किसी तरह की कोई गाइडलाइन्स नहीं है, जिसका खामियाजा बच्चों को भुगतना पड़ता है. पप्पू यादव ने सरकार से इन संस्थानों पर निगरानी और उचित गाइडलाइन्स जारी करने की मांग की. तान्या की मौत ने कोचिंग संस्थानों की
