The nonprofit organization constantly has unique service opportunities to prepare humanitarian kits, sew blankets or tie a quilt. No sewing experience is required, and serving can be done by preregistering, walking in to the facility during service hours or a serve-from-home kit. When: The service center is open Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and Fridays, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. At-home service can be done outside of the hours. Where: 90 S.
