Four Seasons Hotel and condo tower gets thumbs up on Dallas’ Turtle Creek

“We intend to build the finest hotel in America,” Richard Friedman, CEO of Carpenter & Co., told the City Council.

But first the project needed zoning changes for extra height and density, which the council granted after a unanimous vote. “This is potentially an iconic project for the Turtle Creek corridor,” said council member Paul Ridley. “This will be such a project that will put to productive use a lot that has been vacant for over 10 years.Award-winning architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli and Dallas’ HKS are designing the more than 30-story mixed-use tower. “We look forward to delivering a world class building for Dallas in the near future,” architect Fred Clarke said.
